We recently had a new client come to our firm with concerns regarding income tax returns she filed with H&R Block. After reviewing her return it was apparent that her tax preparer had no knowledge of tax law. H&R Block had here paying over $20,000 in taxes for each tax year, 2019 & 2020. After our CPA with over 35 years of experience amended this client's returns, she now only owes $6000 for each year. If this client never came to us she would have overpaid $28,000 in taxes!
