Kathy has been practicing public accounting in the South Florida area since 1990. She graduated from Florida State University with a Masters Degree in Accounting, concentrating in Taxation. She also has a dual bachelors Degree in Accounting and Marketing from Florida State University.

Kathy began her career working for the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand now known as PriceWaterHouseCoopers. She was with Coopers & Lybrand for several years and left them as a seasoned Senior Associate. She has maintained a great relationship with the firm and benefits from numerous referrals. She also spent several years working with local CPA forms gaining extensive knowledge of small business taxation and accounting issues. Kathy's clientele includes: Ed Morse Automotive Group, Power Sports and Publicly traded company QEP Company & Subsidiaries. She also has many small business clients and individual tax clients.

James Salvia

Jim started his career working in the audit department of Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PriceWaterHouseCoopers, in September of 1990. During Jim's years with the firm he worked on several public and multinational clients. He also participated on an IPO engagement, an acquisition audit and prepared 10K's and 10Q's of four public companies. Jim left Coopers & Lybrand as a Senior Associate after almost three years to pursue interest in corporate accounting.

During the years following Coopers & Lybrand, Jim has held several accounting and finance positions such as Senior Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, Director of Financial Reporting, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Some of the companies that Jim worked for include Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation, Motorola, General Electric Medical Systems and Applied Digital Solutions. Since June 2001, Jim has been working in Public Accounting. Since returning to public accounting Jim has performed audits of Automotive and Not-For-Profit organizations as well as compilations, reviews, and preparation of individual and corporate tax returns.
